2023 PSAAP Forum

The 2023 PSAAP III Forum is being held in lieu of the PSAAP presentation and poster sessions that are normally incorporated at the ASC PI Meeting.

The agenda includes:

  • PSAAP III Center presentations

  • Student/Postdoc Poster Session

  • Discussion of Career Opportunities at the Labs

  • Participants from PSAAP III Centers, NNSA, LANL, LLNL, and Sandia will be present

  • Networking opportunities

Meeting Details:

Location: Embassy Suites Hotel Albuquerque, NM (1000 Woodward Place NE, Albuquerque, NM 87102)

Date: June 6, 2023

Agenda: 5/5/2023 draft version, subject to change

Hotel Amenities: All guest rooms are 2-Room Suites, Fitness center, Business center, Indoor pool, On-site restaurant, room service, Digital Key, and ample self-parking

Guest Room Rate: $121, plus tax

  • Guest room rate includes made-to-order breakfast and complimentary evening reception
  • Check-in: 4:00 PM / Check-out 11:00 AM
  • Cancellation Policy: no charge if done before 11:59 PM local hotel time on June 3, 2023

Poster Guidance:

  • To allow time for PSAAP III Forum participants to review posters during breaks and prior to the formal poster session, posters should be turned in when you check in for the Forum.
  • Guidance for poster size will be provided in early May.
  • Presenters will introduce themselves with a brief flash presentation (1 slide in 1 minute or less). An image of your poster is easiest; however, you are welcome to customize it as you desire. All slides will be compiled into a single presentation.
  • Email your slide (either PPT or PDF) by June 1 to Tim Germann, tcg [at] lanl.gov (tcg[at]lanl[dot]gov)

Presentation Guidance:

  • We will be collecting presentations prior to the meeting.
